States and Inner Game

I know, I know. It's been a while since I was last in contact with you.

This has been due to developments with my other websites. By spending the time to set up some automated features with them, I will be free to concentrate solely on Charisma/personal magnetism and this website, which is my passion.

There are some very exciting developments about to happen.

Today, I'm going to write about states and inner game.

One of the most common expressions in the seduction community is: "I was in a bad state." It is a great excuse and covers everything that can go wrong.

My opener didn't work -- because I was in a bad state. I couldn't number close -- because I was in a bad state. The list goes on.

Here's where a lot of Gurus talk about why it's no good to be in a bad state and all the while you're thinking, "great, so how the fuck do I get into a good state, dumbass???"

I'm going to share with you in this email a great exercise to generate a warm, friendly and loving vibe. Some of these things may seem strange, but it works for me, so I recommend you try it for yourself.

The first thing I do -- at home, before I go anywhere -- is to spend 5 minutes just relaxing. Lie down, sit in a comfortable chair, just relax everything and try to clear your mind of all the things you did that day. They are done, it's over. There is nothing you can do to change it now. Breath deeply and slowly.

The next step is to re-energize. We won't go into accessing the energetic matrix in this email, but that is one way to do it. Another good way is to eat something alive, like a piece of fruit or raw vegetables. There is still an energy imprint on the fruit, that just doesn't exist in processed, packaged food. I also drink a caffeine free anti-oxidant herbal drink. It is a powder and has a lemon taste, kind of like tea.

The next step is to listen to a song that has particular meaning to you. Something with energy to it is better, but if you are into James Blunt, so be it.

** This is the important thing. ** As you are listening, sing (doesn't have to be out loud) and dance along to the music. Flap your arms about, jump up and down, do star jumps, etc -- it doesn't matter what you do, just move around. Little kids when they play are constantly moving around and I would describe them as playful 99% of the time.

Notice how you feel when you're doing this. Are you smiling?

Next we want to fire up our radiant, heart energies. One way to do this is to trace your heart chakra with your hands. Starting at your breast bone, trace a heart shape by moving the hands up over your chest, then out, round and down to your navel. You can also just place your hands over the heart chakra using Reiki.

Notice what she says about the link between the heart chakra, anxiety and self love. We are also at the beginnings of psychic projection here.

You can also trace the heart chakra at any time, anywhere, should you start to feel anxiety or any other negative emotion, including in the middle of a interaction with a woman.

The final thing to do is think of a childhood pet or some other really happy experience that makes you smile. I think of my Father's dog and also the laughter of a good friend.

If you decide not to do the exercise, be sure to take away this:

"Charismatic people use all their internal resources to improve their chances of success and minimise stress. Be it inner talk, simulated visualization or alteration of perception, they find a way to change their perspective and focus on their goals."

Developing and projecting these energies is also a big part of being a magnetic, charismatic person.
