This material doesn't cater to the fainthearted. It's for people desiring the real truth about women and why they act the way they do. I know some guys who refuse to believe the woman in their life is anything but a pure, sweet creature, but there is what you've been led to believe, then there is the truth.

Your book is a excellent collection of ground rules for effectively understanding and communicating with women. I learned the hard way that if you can't do this, all you will get is resentment from a woman, and she will not feel like she can be herself around you.

If you happen the kind of person who doesn't want to know how magic tricks are done, then I advise you go back to life as it is and maintain whatever beliefs you currently have about women. Just be prepared for the inevitable disappointment when you discover the truth.

I want to you to read this quote from Robert Louis Stevenson:

"THERE is nothing more disenchanting to man than to be shown the springs and mechanism of any art. Some of you will be appalled, some disgusted, others shocked, but once the truth is out of the box, it can never go back in. You can't unlearn what I'm about to tell you.

Fast forward 10 years and my Father remarries. I now have a step-mother. Emotional, moody, demanding and my Father caves into her bullshit demands and behaviour, thus going from one extreme to another. He was so fearful of making the same mistake, he became willing to do anything for her.

There were many times I remember thinking I'd never tolerate a woman like that. And I don't because I can see them coming. Just like a batter can pick a fast ball and put it in the stands, or a safety can take a stunning intercept and run it back for a TD, or a tennis player can smash a backhand down the line to win the point, understanding the female mind can also be learned and you can get exceptionally good at it.

But how would I know how to find the balance between being too harsh and being too soft? How would I identify a gold-digging predatory female like my step-mother?

The questions only increased as I dug deeper and deeper into what made women tick and what goes through their minds.
